How time flies...
It has been years, I mean YEARS since I started the nurf.com project. The site has transformed from Raving Magazine to Personal web hosting services for friends and family to victim of fraudulent activity -- yes, my domain was shutdown by the FBI (years ago). Honestly, I had nothing to do with it.
Later, I jump started the website up again and tried my hand at entrepreneurship. Nurf Productions was born and the wake of self-employment and freelance hell took over my life. Now, with my exploration of Drupal taking me into the world of G-men and the Gov, I've taken this project to an altogether different level: personal blogging and photo gallery. Not quite sure what will become of the site yet, but it will be in flux over the next few months.
We're using Drupal version 6.21 right now. Odds are I'll migrate to Drupal 7.x relatively shortly. I'm quite intrigued to see where the CMF has gone. Very exciting stuff though, what with the new UI and the integrated Field API, D7 will prove to be an excellent framework for the future. Everyone in the community has been pouring countly hours and millions of joules of energy into transforming the PHP application into an immensely awesome program.
